Refund Policy
At Mona Wars, we take pride in providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we ONLY offer refunds for items that are damaged. You will have 10 DAYS after purchase for you can be eligible for refund. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
Damaged Items:
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We will also require proof of purchase.
Out of Stock Items:
In the rare event that an item you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible and issue a refund for the out-of-stock item.
Non-Refundable Items:
Please note that certain items, such as sale items or items purchased with a discount code, are not eligible for refunds unless they are damaged or defective.
